Hungarian swimmer Kristóf Rasovszky has secured his fourth consecutive title in the Open Water Swimming World Cup. He won the overall first place in the series, making him the only swimmer to achieve this feat. Rasovszky received a cash prize of USD 50,000 for his victory.
Rasovszky's Achievements
Kristóf Rasovszky won the bronze medal in the 10 km race at the final stage of the Open Water Swimming World Cup series in Funchal, Madeira. Dávid Betlehem, another Hungarian swimmer, performed exceptionally well in the individual event, finishing fifth in the lead group and third overall, earning him a prize of USD 25,000. Future Championships
The 2024 World Aquatics Championships will be held in Doha, Qatar, from February 2 to 18, 2024. Originally scheduled for November 2023, the championships were rescheduled in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. This will be the first time the World Aquatics Championships take place in the Middle East.
