Hungarian students showcased their exceptional scientific knowledge and skills at the 20th International Junior Science Olympiad (IJSO) in Bangkok, Thailand. The Hungarian team achieved impressive results, winning one gold medal and five silver medals in the competition.

Artúr Biró, a 10th-grade student from Apáczai Csere János High School, stood out by clinching the gold medal. Luca Nagy and Ábel Balázs Bauer from Révai Miklós High School in Győr earned silver medals, while István Tamás Bense and László Zoltán Szepesi from Eötvös József High School in Budapest secured silver medals in their respective grade categories.
