  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 pound pumpkin or squash, peeled and diced
  • 1 pound potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 4 cups vegetable or chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
